The Journey
As a woman, sensuality is your nature.
If you feel the opposite of that right now, you are not alone. I have worked with many women who feel distant from their bodies and who are in a state of stress in their lives. I was once in that place too. It took me years of putting up with a toxic relationship and dealing with health issues until I could no longer ignore how my body was screaming at me to listen.
I healed my stress and the symptoms of stress in my body through the practices that I teach in this course.
This journey is designed for you to come back into a deep relationship with your body based in love and in trust so that you arrive to a place where it feels amazing to be in your own skin.
What you will learn
I crafted this course for you to shift out of patterns of stress in your body. For all women, on the other side of stress is a body waiting to experience life's beauty through her senses. Throughout these 3 weeks, you will come to understand how to source safety in your body, learn how to somatically slow down time and heal deep patterns of stress through embodying your sensual self.
As a natural process of connecting with your sensuality, you will learn to trust your body, come to a place of self compassion and begin a journey of self-love like no other.
Finally, you will be left with an understanding of somatics and have a handful of somatic tools and an embodied movement practice that you can bring into your everyday life to connect to your body in any moment.

Hello, I am your guide
I'm Jessica. I'm a mother, a moon dancer, a somatic coach and an embodied movement facilitator. Through my travels across the world, the ceremonies I have participated in and the trainings I have done, the most profound lesson I have continued to learn is that my body is my home in this world. Trusting my body is how I live and it's what I am here to help you remember how to do too.
I created this journey after having experienced a time of great stress in my personal life and coming to recognize how prevalent stress is in women and how much damage it does to our bodies when we are stuck in it. I healed my stress with these practices and I know that you can do the same.
